Too Much To Choose From

If the surf and sand are starting to call your name – the answer is - Dewey Beach and Rehoboth Beach which recently received a 5-star water quality ratings, only four beaches in the U.S. received these ranking. The Natural Resource Defense Council also noted that this is the 3rd year in a row for this “Super Star Ranking”. Wow little old Delaware?

There is practically something to do for everybody when it comes to Delaware beaches – from sunning or surfing or with proper gear and permits you can ride out onto the beach and surf fish or onto the bayside - kite or wind surf, fish, power boat and sailboat, kayak, canoe or at several marinas rent yourself a pontoon boat and take the party out on the bay. First round’s on me.

All of this is why Sussex County is the new place to be. Low property and school taxes, more and more great year round activities and more dining choices than you can imagine. And if you like yard sales, antique shops and those great little special thrift stores you just can’t believe all the choices. And by the way – I will see you there!!
